Rules of Use

  1. The 'How It Works' section forms part of the Rules of Use. 

  2. Your Gourmet Food Pass or Gourmet Food Pass + Explore (Pass) is valid for 30 (thirty) consecutive calendar days from the date you specified on purchase, whether or not you use the Pass for the first time on this date. Your hardcopy Pass must have the date of first use written on the back of the Pass. Mobile Passes will automatically be granted access to food and drink offers for 30 days from the specified date of first use.  

  3. Food and drink discount offers are single use only, unless otherwise specified.

  4. One (1) Pass is valid for use for up to four (4) people. Two (2) Passes are valid for use for five (5) to eight (8) people maximum. 

  5. Take care of your Pass, there is no replacement available.

  6. Carefully consider your travel and other needs prior to purchasing your Pass. Other than as required by law, there are no refunds, cancellations or replacements of your Pass.  

  7. Pass food and drink discount  offers are not available with any other offer. 

  8. Carefully read the food and drink discount offer prior to using it, each will have its own applicable terms and conditions. 

  9. Food and drink offers and restaurants, bars and tours contained in the Pass may change from time to time and no guarantee can be made that the offers available at the time of your purchase of your Pass will be available at the time of use. We reserve the right to change offers and/or restaurants, bars, tours without notice. The 'restaurant and bar discounts' and 'tour discounts' pages of Gourmet Food Pass website will always contain the up to date information. 

  10. Restaurants, bars and tours have final say on the use of the applicable food and drink discount offer. Terms and conditions specified by the individual restaurant, bar and tour relating to their product (food, drink, tour) will apply. Check directly with the restaurant, bar or tour operator. 

  11. Purchase of the Pass does not entitle you to any reservations or guarantee of entry to the venue or tour. 

  12. Whilst care is taken to ensure the restaurant, bar and tour information (i.e. address, opening times etc.) contained in the Pass is accurate, no guarantee can be made and we encourage you to contact the venues and tours directly to check on such information. 

  13. On purchase of your Pass you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia.

  14. Unless otherwise specified, your Pass is not valid on Western Australian public holidays or special event days (regardless if it falls within your 30 consecutive day period. No refunds will be provided if this occurs). Special event days include, but are not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Always check with the restaurant, bar or tour to see if they will accept your Pass on these days.
